The European Court of Justice ruled that the disciplinary chamber of the Polish Supreme Court should be suspended because it is not compatible with the EU law. The same day Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal stated that the ruling of the Court is incompatible with the Polish Constitution and thus Poland does not have to comply.
